Driving Course Clauses - Road Safety Education Program (RSEP)
24 x 60 minutes theoretical (online modules)
15 x 55 minutes in-car instruction
The "Road Access Binder" is required for the program. It may be purchased at any SAAQ certified driving school.
City Driving School creates cohorts at the SAAQ maximum of 30 (thirty participants)
Regardless of personal situation, motivation, or performance, the consumer understands, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:
- To respect the payment schedule below
- To be available and eligible for each phase start on the earliest dates indicated below.
- Students must align their availability and payments regardless of personal reasons, situations, or motivation.

Material, products, supplemental memberships, and services (such as Road Access Binder) are charged (and non-refundable) with the first payment if used.
Discounts (if any) on course fees, products, or services are applied at the scheduled payment if all obligations are met, but will be reversed should the contract or payment terms not be respected .
Mandatory attendance for RSEP modules/driving sessions must be accepted within required timeframes.
48 hours' notice required for rescheduling. Sessions normally at 5047 ch Queen Mary unless otherwise arranged.
Failure to pay on time, attend properly, or be available as required at each Phase may result in cancellation of contract, withdrawal of discounts, and loss of access to supplemental memberships, according to school policy.
Attestation replacement (true copy) or SAAQ derogation request: $95.00. All taxes apply. No refund for digital materials, passwords, software, or platform access once issued.
THE CONSUMER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO:
• HONOUR SCHEDULED PAYMENTS AT EACH PHASE AND DATE INDICATED
• BE PREPARED AND ELIGIBLE FOR THE EARLIEST PHASE START
• CITY DRIVING SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, OR SUSPEND DISCOUNTS AND MEMBERSHIP ACCESS, IF ANY TERMS, RSEP PROGRESS, OR CONDITIONS ARE NOT RESPECTED
