One-Time Setup Fee Covers
Opening and administration of the student file
Creating and activating the student's account/password for online resources
Providing access to booking tools and scheduling systems
Certification Services: Issuance of SAAQ attestations certifying completion of each phase (Phase 1, 2, 3, and 4)
Administrative processing and certification of the complete RSEP program
Important Notes
This is a one-time fee, not charged per theory class or per attestation
Theory classes themselves (24 hours) are provided at NO CHARGE
No refunds for platform or digital material once passwords are issued for access
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Student must pay one (1) monthly instalment of $79.00 until a maximum of twelve (12) instalments has been paid
No further payments required once 12 payments of $79.00 OR the 12th in-car session is completed, whichever occurs first
In-car sessions 13, 14, and 15 are included at no additional charge
ACCELERATED LESSON OPTION
Students may accelerate progress by substituting a future monthly payment with an immediate in-car lesson payment
Each accelerated in-car lesson is paid at $79.00 + taxes and counts as one of the twelve (12) instalments
Total instalments remain capped at twelve (12) in all cases
Unless otherwise arranged, all sessions start and finish at 5047 ch Queen Mary.
The consumer accepts all responsibility for any disqualifications with respect to the Road Safety Education Program
A lateness of more than 15 minutes will be classified as "RSEP ABSENT"
but may be attended as a supplemental in-car session with the due lesson time remaining.
The official RSEP in-car session must be rescheduled. Fee apply at regular rates.
There is no charge to retake theory modules after first attendance.Theory exam (Module 5) private retake fee $95.00.
Taxes are applicable to all products and services.
In the event of the contact's cancellation, regardless of reason, discounted fees are not applicable.
Payments made for services shall be calculated, retroactively, from the date of registration.
No refund for material (includes digital), passwords, software, platforms, virtual or digital
"Attestation" replacement (true copy) or SAAQ "Derogation" request: $95.00.

THAT CITY DRIVING SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT
IF CONTRACT TERMS, ROAD SAFETY EDUCATION PROGRAM (RSEP) PROGRESS, OR CONDITIONS ARE NOT RESPECTED
